For more than 40 years in the Ramírez-Camino family we have raised cattle in the meadows of Toledo and now also from Extremadura and Andalusia, where we raise all the cattle and pigs.

Both the calves and the “Iberian pigs” are largely raised outdoors, controlling your diet so that it is balanced,healthy and natural and that its development can reach the appropriate size and weight.

We could say that this is one of our great “tricks”, because the quality of the meat we serve passes rigorous quality controls, and also due to the special care we give to their food, as well as the corresponding veterinary controls. All the meats we serve are certified.

We understand everything that restoration entails because for more than 22 years we dedicated ourselves to this world, through our own restaurants in Madrid and Toledo.

This experience and the direct and daily contact with nearly 40 partner restaurants, supports us when it comes to knowing both the end customer and the complexity of this exciting world of restoration.

5. Training

We have monthly training for kitchen and living room as well as for managers, We also carry out demonstrations or technical seminars, in which we show different cuts and cooked meat. We bet a lot on training because we sincerely believe in the potential of all our associates.

6. Image support

We provide all the necessary material related to meats to restaurants, like letters, trivets or posters among other things, always personalized to safeguard the image of each establishment.

7. Reservation center

We promote each restaurant through our website, so that the client can directly make their reservation. Our staff has managed during the 6 first months of the year more than 6000 Reservations.
