Recipe for Iberian Ribs roasted at low temperature with barbecue sauce

- Ingredients / Quantity
- Low-temperature roast ribs 500 grams
- Barbecue sauce 15 grams
Barbecue sauce: with 250 ml ketchup, 250 ml soft drink cola, 80 gr sugar or brown sugar and 10 gr. oregano leaf put fire, reduce and triturate.
Iberian pork ribs: pre-vacuum packed with a little thyme, rosemary and oregano, a clove of garlic and a drizzle of olive oil and put in the steam oven for 12 hours to 67 degrees.
Heating and Plating: preheat the convention or rational oven or similar, or the closed charcoal oven as we do in Scorching and put it on 200 ºC. Remove from individual vacuum pack, put the costillar low temperature roast during 15 minutes and brush with the barbecue sauce from time to time so that it takes its taste and caramelizes the sauce.
