Last Tuesday 18 October we had the “Scorching 2016 Technical Conference”. We gathered all our partners, so they could receive training on new cut of meat and cooking techniques, taught by M.Carmen Ramirez is responsible for R & D Group Abrasador.

Scorching restaurants themselves but also they participated in an active way, and we were lucky to have the chefs of Scorching Almagro, Scorching Scorching Grana and Raco de Mama Lola who performed a "showcooking" to show the development of their meat recipes in Toledo Hotel School.
