Scorching Party Invitation 2018

One more year we are delighted to celebrate our annual party, where all our clients meet, associates and friends. An event that we will celebrate in Finca la Calancha in Cuerva (Toledo) to which we invite you to participate.

This year to start the annual Convention we started with the “IV National Contest of cuts and recipes Abrasador” . All those Chefs and Chefs who previously present their recipe with a cut or product of the Self-Burning Meat can participate in this contest., from Iberian Ham to any of the fresh and cured meats in the current Abrasador catalog. Of all of them 10 finalist recipes selected by the Jury will be cooked in front of the jury the same day 12 of November. You dare?…

All recipes prepared on the day of the contest, will be tasted and analyzed by the members of the jury, and there will be 3 awards:

1º Prize 600 € in cash.

2º Prize 300 € in cash.

3º Prize 150 € Gourmet Meat batch Abrasador

19:00 h Questions and Answers Moderated by Carlos Torres Chef, Gastronomic Advisor where we will have all the professionals who collaborate or work for the Abrasador Group. Veterinary, Ranchers, Production Manager, Marketing and Sales Director, Director R & D, Group Digital Platform.
