Scorching annual festival in the Montes de Toledo
This year, to get closer to all the restaurants, to own upbringing, Abrasador has chosen an idyllic place in full "Montes de Toledo" to celebrate its Great Party.

The day began with a visit to self-raising livestock farms in the Montes de Toledo, where the invited restaurants were able to learn first-hand about the natural care and nutrition of pigs and cattle. And on the route they also visited the cutting room own group, where all the meats cut and prepared to be cooked on the grill come from.
At lunchtime, already in the Club Hipico San Juan, you could enjoy an original catering buffet, where they would spend the rest of the day. Beatriz Palencia was in charge of mounting the catering Abrasador with the different news corners. Among which were the products developed by M. Carmen Ramirez, head of the department of I+D of the Scorching group together with the guest chef from Toledo, Ivan Cerdeño with a “Michelin star”, who prepared three original tapas with beef and pork products from Burning own upbringing.
After lunch we were able to attend by the champion of “classic dressage” Juan Carlos Miguel Román and the “bailaora” Nora Prieto, to a wonderful equestrian show that was a surprise for the attendees with whom they greatly enjoyed.
The afternoon continued with the presentation of Ramón Dios from GastroCoaching on profitability in restaurants. A presentation in which the importance of controlling and quantifying the management of a restaurant for a greater benefit was highlighted.
