Developing a style steak tartare Scorching Graná
In El Campello and close to Alicante, it's found scorching Graná. This popular restaurant in the Costa Blanca, They made them discover us as one of their specialties, the “Steak Tartare”, which as its name suggests is a fillet with tartar sauce.

Ingredients for Tartar Sauce:
- 1 Yolk
- Salt and pepper
- 7,7gr. Dijon mustard
- 0,5gr. Sambal oelek
- 1,6gr. Ketchup
- oil AOVE
- 7,5gr. Salsa worcestershire
- 11gr. Chopped pickled gherkins
- 10gr. Chopped onion
- 1/2 Chopped anchovy fillet
- 9gr. chopped capers
We started in a cold bowl with egg mayonnaise, the salt, the pepper, the mustard, the Spice (sambal oelek), ketchup, mustard and oil to get the amount you need. Then add Worcestershire sauce.
Finally we add the pickles, anchovy and majamos all. We mix the meat and let it marinate with 10 minutes in a refrigerator. After that time, and we can serve with toast bread, butter and fries or salad.
